I charge $120 a treatment session. Each session typically lasts about 35 minutes.
Payment is due at the time of service and I do not bill insurance. Payment may be made by check, in cash, or by credit card. If payment is in cash, please have the correct amount ready.
I will be happy to provide you with a receipt should you wish to submit
the bill to your insurance company yourself.
I ask every client to give me at least 24 hours notice when changes in
appointment time or cancellations must be made, by contacting the receptionist at (360) 734-1560. Clients will be charged for appointments
cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, except in cases of sudden illness or
family emergency.
